For the second DUI offense one faces up to 2,5 years in jail and up to $10,000 fine.
Your driver's license may be suspended from 90 days to two years. The Court may also order to have an ignition interlock in the vehicle.
If you have refused a chemical test you may loose the driving license for a year.
